If you become invisible when activating Bakes on Mesh, find and remove any alpha layer that may be hiding your body. Click your HUD to open it, and go to the Skin & Base tab of the Lara HUD and click the Bakes on Mesh button. If you are a Bakes on Mesh user, you will not need the Alpha layer, but you will need to put your body into BoM mode. When upgrading to v5.0 you must replace all of the body components and the HUD from your old version. Just ADD these items, they will attach themselves to the appropriate locations on your avatar or HUD. Now, working in the new folder, simply find and add the Alpha Layer, the HUD, and the Body itself. You may also want to remove the Alpha Layer if you are wearing it.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, detach the old Body, Hands, Feet, and HUD from the old version before wearing the new body. Inside the folder you just received you will find all of the components of the mesh body. If you are in an area that allows scripts, it will automatically unpack and offer you a folder called "Maitreya Mesh Body - Lara v5.0". Note that the packed body does not have a version number.
This bag is found in the "Objects" folder of your inventory, it's named "Maitreya Mesh Body - Lara". When you received your body it was packed in a shopping bag.
